Day 1 – Orientation
- Meet your buddy/mentor for a 1:1 introduction.
- Explore the company wiki: overview, work guidelines, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Review active projects and understand current priorities.
- Complete tool setup and test access for all platforms.
Day 2–3 – Role Training & Shadowing
- Review role-specific SOPs and guidelines.
- Shadow team members on active tasks or meetings.
- Attend any scheduled training sessions (content creation, Notion workflow, marketing processes).
- Begin contributing small items (comments, minor edits, updates) under guidance.
Day 4–5 – Hands-On Practice
- Take ownership of a small task or mini-project.
- Apply workflows and documentation practices from the wiki.
- Use async updates (Notion, Loom) to report progress.
- Submit feedback on onboarding: what was clear, what could be improved.
- Schedule a check-in with your mentor and manager to review first-week performance and questions.

- Templates & Dashboards: Timebox, Business Brain, project-specific templates.
